Adeleke the Osun governor dissolves statutory commissions

The abolition of the state’s statutory commissions has been authorized by Ademola Adeleke, the governor of Osun State.

The Secretary to the State Government, SSG, Teslim Igbalaye, said this in a circular on Monday.

The circular states that the dissolution is effective right now.

The State Civil Service Commission, the Judicial Service Commission, the Osun State Independent Electoral Commission, and the Osun State House of Assembly Service Commission are the commissions that are impacted, as stated by the SSG.

According to the circular, “Members of dissolved commissions received the Governor’s gratitude from the Secretary to the State Government for their selfless and meritorious service to the state.”
