Ahmad Calls for Public Execution of Abuja Kidnapper – Mohammed Bello
Bashir Ahmad, a former presidential assistant, has demanded that Mohammed Bello, the murderous kidnapper who was just apprehended in Abuja, be executed in public.
The Nigerian Police Force said on Sunday that they had detained a person they suspect of being the kidnapper who took Nabeeha Al-Kadriyar and other kidnapping victims into the Federal Capital Territory and killed them.
In a statement, the Police said that N2.25 million in alleged ransom money was found on January 20 when they raided a hotel in Kaduna, apprehending 28-year-old Bello Mohammed.
Mohammed reportedly admitted to the police that he was a member of the group that abducted family members in Bwari on January 2 when being questioned.
The public execution of that terrorist Mohammed Bello, the apprehended kidnapper involved in the kidnapping of #NajeebahAndHerSisters and the murder of Nabeehah and two others, could serve as a harsh warning to the remaining members of his gang and other criminals across the nation, Ahmad wrote on X. “While I am aware that the law may not agree with me,” Ahmad wrote.
“As of the last time I looked, the Terrorism Act of 2011’s maximum penalty for kidnapping was ten years in prison.”
